Candidates need at least five years of hands-on experience designing and developing mission-critical distributed systems with high requirements on performance, resiliency, and consistency, a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Financial Engineering or related field, and a good understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and technical requirements for financial systems. Full stack experience is preferred, but back-end, front-end, or dev-ops engineers with end-to-end exposure are welcome.
The team consists of 30+ experienced engineers with plans to grow further, working collaboratively with teams in Sweden and New York on products for Securities Finance, Futures, Execution Management, Risk, Custody, and Clearing systems. It is a supportive team that values office work and offers opportunities to build technology from scratch and impact financial markets.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with mission-critical distributed systems, a relevant degree, understanding of financial markets, and full stack capabilities or willingness to work end-to-end across client-side usability and server-side performance, security, and data storage.
