Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of relevant working experience and a Bachelor's Degree. They should be capable of deciding between out-of-the-box solutions and extended customizations, and possess the ability to communicate status and concerns effectively up and down the hierarchy. Experience building D365 CE entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports is required, along with the ability to develop plug-ins using C# and code UI logic in JavaScript. Proficiency in building and releasing solutions and writing technical documentation is also necessary. Banking experience is preferable, and optional experience developing PowerApps and Power BI reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Developer will design and implement complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, meticulously understanding requirements and estimating efforts for various implementation approaches. Responsibilities include developing and customizing CRM components like entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, and dashboards, as well as implementing integrations with external systems. Developers will write clean and efficient code using C# and JavaScript, adhering to coding standards, and will be responsible for debugging and troubleshooting CRM system issues. They will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, calculating and raising concerns in a timely manner. Additionally, they will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
