Undergraduate/Master's Degree in a business-related field
4-7 years of proven experience in social commerce, brand management, digital media, consulting, or consumer journey design
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving innovation and brand growth
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team environment
A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for leveraging social media and digital marketing to enhance brand presence and consumer engagement
Responsibilities
Own the Integrated Social Commerce Plan, developing and executing strategies that align with key projects and initiatives to drive brand growth and profitability. Manage P&L investment decisions to optimize returns
Develop and implement an integrated digital action plan focusing on social media engagement, eCRM, digital advertising (including personalization and retargeting), search, and eCommerce initiatives
Identify and analyze consumers’ needs and preferences for P&G’s products, providing actionable insights to the Research & Development and technical teams to design appealing packages and formulas that resonate with local consumers
Lead consumer research initiatives to create compelling brand concepts and claims that address unmet consumer needs, ensuring alignment with brand messaging
Work with creative agencies to develop culturally relevant communication ideas and execute tailored content for various social media platforms
Create fit-for-purpose toolkits that include copy, digital banners, social media content, eCommerce materials, sampling trials, and in-store activation strategies
Partner with the R&D and technical teams to design packaging and formulas that meet local market demands while maintaining cost efficiency
Collaborate with local trade teams to formulate effective promotion and pricing strategies, along with customer and distributor trade terms
