Responsibilities

  • Own the Integrated Social Commerce Plan, developing and executing strategies that align with key projects and initiatives to drive brand growth and profitability. Manage P&L investment decisions to optimize returns
  • Develop and implement an integrated digital action plan focusing on social media engagement, eCRM, digital advertising (including personalization and retargeting), search, and eCommerce initiatives
  • Identify and analyze consumers’ needs and preferences for P&G’s products, providing actionable insights to the Research & Development and technical teams to design appealing packages and formulas that resonate with local consumers
  • Lead consumer research initiatives to create compelling brand concepts and claims that address unmet consumer needs, ensuring alignment with brand messaging
  • Work with creative agencies to develop culturally relevant communication ideas and execute tailored content for various social media platforms
  • Create fit-for-purpose toolkits that include copy, digital banners, social media content, eCommerce materials, sampling trials, and in-store activation strategies
  • Partner with the R&D and technical teams to design packaging and formulas that meet local market demands while maintaining cost efficiency
  • Collaborate with local trade teams to formulate effective promotion and pricing strategies, along with customer and distributor trade terms
