Responsibilities

Managing performance, developing talent, engagement, and inclusion
Communicating business and operational developments
Planning, prioritizing, and/or directing the responsibilities of direct reports
Supervisory of professionals focused on tactical, operational, and some strategic activities
Accountability for mentoring, developing, and coaching staff on meeting/exceeding performance expectations and defined objectives
Providing leadership to staff, ensuring prioritization of strategic and department-level initiatives
Defining performance goals and targets, conducting performance reviews, and staff 1:1s to guide performance management and employee development
Analyzing and evaluating existing processes to assess effectiveness and usage
Proactively informing the Manager of critical or structural issues and collaborating on action plans
Collecting and analyzing data to identify root causes of problems
Planning, leading, and implementing process improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean or Six Sigma)
Monitoring and maintaining Control Mechanisms (e.g., KPIs) on process performance and quality
Adhering to household rules, Code of Conduct, and EHS procedures
Performing all activities in compliance with work instructions and quality procedures
Demonstrating a collaborative attitude and contributing to a positive work environment
