As Associate Director, you will lead and manage a team of data scientists, overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of machine learning approaches using real-world data like electronic medical records to generate novel clinical insights. You will also report to the Director of Epidemiology and Patient Data Products, set the technical vision for your team, collaborate with other teams to improve Valo’s real-world data capabilities, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality AI/ML projects aligned with strategic goals, utilizing agile tools for project management.
