Requirements

  • Expertise in SAP FICO, particularly COA (A-segment, B-segment), master data, cost centers, hub mappings, ALE, and transports
  • Strong knowledge of change management processes, including assess and estimate, quality checks, UAT, and production deployments
  • Proficiency in handling standard, pre-approved, low complexity, and higher complexity changes (Local, CORE, Expedited)
  • Experience with monitoring tools and systems: RED2 queue, batch jobs in PE1/PE3, IDOCs, SCU3 checks, client comparisons (DE3180/PE3180), Orphan Table checks, FSP to PE3 IDOC monitoring
  • Familiarity with service desk operations, SLAs, incident management, and first-level support
  • Skills in preparing release notes (multiple versions weekly) and weekly/monthly summaries/reports
  • Knowledge of Winshuttle administration: license assignment, login issues, leaver reports, SNOW tickets
  • Ability to perform analyses on UAT failures, SLA breaches, COA checks, and team performance
  • Experience with bypass requests, SPOC responsibilities during MEC/QEC, and stakeholder communications

Responsibilities

  • Perform “assess and estimate” on normal change requests for COA (A-segment) related changes
  • Conduct quality checks for other developers' CRs after UAT in quality system before production deployment
  • Develop pre-approved, low complexity changes (e.g., master data B-segments, cost centers, hub mappings) and implement in production, ensuring ALE/transport completion
  • Develop higher complexity changes (e.g., A-Segment maintenance, configurations) for Local, CORE, or Expedited changes
  • Carry out standard user requests (e.g., add to bypass set)
  • Provide first-level support to resolve incidents within SLA limits, minimizing business impact
  • Prepare release notes for minor/major releases (Version 1 Tuesday, Version 2 Wednesday, Version 3 Thursday, Version 4 Monday) and distribute to stakeholders
  • Act as SPOC for bypass requests during MEC/QEC; handle service technical requests from GFC Service Desk
  • Monitor and assign incoming Change Requests in FIT FINCO FICO Manila queue in RED2
  • Monitor and re-assign incidents in Financial Control FICO group
  • Monitor failing batch jobs in PE1 and PE3 systems; open incidents to resolve
  • Monitor failed IDOCs, notify users, perform FSP to PE3 IDOC monitoring, and weekly summary of FSP IDOCs
  • Perform COA Check analysis in PE3 and raise errors to COA team
  • Compare clients DE3180 and PE3180 for alignment, accounting for pending CRs or postings
  • Conduct Orphan Table checks and SCU3 checks in PE3
  • Monthly: Check COA A/B-segment creations/modifications in PE3 not done by FICO IT Support
  • Manage Winshuttle: assign licenses, resolve login/license issues; monthly extract leaver reports, revoke licenses after notification, upload to SharePoint; biweekly export/update SNOW tickets
  • Analyze FICO Manila's handling of CRs, incidents, technical requests for UAT failures and SLA breaches
