Candidates should have 6+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, with a deep focus on Sales Cloud in a startup or SMB setting, and proven success managing CLM integrations (ideally Ironclad). They should have experience designing and maintaining automation (flows, validation rules), custom dashboards, and reports, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce security models, user access, and system scalability.
The Senior Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud will lead the configuration and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud to support scalable, efficient sales operations, partner with Sales and RevOps to identify areas for automation, process improvement, and enhanced reporting, manage the integration and ongoing functionality of Ironclad CLM within Salesforce, translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, establish policies and manage user access, profiles, roles, and sharing rules, ensure data quality through collaboration with data governance, and provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support. They will also stay current on Salesforce releases and implement improvements in line with business needs.
