Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, organizational psychology, adult learning, etc.) a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Training, or Sales Enablement, with a consistent record of directly impacting sales performance
  • Deep expertise in modern sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN)
  • Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and virtual training tools
  • Experience with a Learning Management System is a plus
  • Experience in an operational business environment; demonstrable customer-focused approach
  • Adequate computer skills in Microsoft 365 Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly growing/changing work environment
  • Excellent communicator
  • Self-motivated with a bias for action and a keen sense of urgency
  • Demonstrable ability to work with and influence business leaders to define and execute L&D plans that support long-term business objectives

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training curriculum: Strategically design, build, and maintain a comprehensive training curriculum, including new hire onboarding, advanced skill workshops, and continuous professional development modules
  • Develop specialized training content focusing on critical selling competencies, such as prospecting, qualification, objection handling, negotiation, and opportunity closing strategies
  • Lead engaging, instructor-led training sessions (both virtual and in-person) for all levels of the sales organization, ensuring high retention and immediate application of learned skills
  • Implement robust assessment methodologies to measure skill proficiency and provide targeted, one-on-one coaching and feedback to sales professionals and managers
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing to ensure all training content aligns with commercial strategy, product roadmaps, and value messaging
  • Track, analyze, and report on key training metrics (e.g., time-to-first-deal, performance against quota post-training) to continuously optimize program effectiveness and demonstrate value
  • Develop and maintain training calendar
  • Communicate Learning and Development initiatives, events, and opportunities effectively
  • Measure the effectiveness of training events and learning initiatives, including clear metrics that drive continuous improvement
  • Act as EMEA ambassador for Sales Training and Enablement programs
