Responsibilities

Overall responsibility of New Business Sales within strategic client base
Leading a pod of Sales team members through coaching, mentoring and helping nurture their pipeline
Build a territory plan and organized process around working with the assigned Sales Associate and Prospecting team to stay in front of all prospects in the given territory
Stay current with industry news to develop marketing/campaigning initiatives to attract prospects
Understand Financial Institutions client workflows and how various products pertain to them
Engage and collaborate with other business units to ensure an enhanced client experience through team selling
Work closely with business development/Product Specialist partners to identify new opportunities and new use cases within the designated territory
Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures
Uncover new cross-divisional synergies opportunities and contribute to product innovation
Maintain focused approach to daily sales activity pipelines and systems-based workflow (i.e. Salesforce.com)
Selling a Suite of products distributed via desktop, bulk delivery or API via data distribution channels to Tier 1 clients
Acting as a senior leader on the team solving problems for sophisticated clients
Working closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives and helping develop future product roadmap by providing key client feedback
Diagnose client requirements, define pricing frameworks and combine various solutions across the organization
Expanding client base through signing new accounts
