Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ industry experience with ideally min 3 years of sales experience
  • Experience in medical devices sales or diagnostics sales preferred
  • University degree in Business, Biological Science or related field
  • Proficient in dealing with both primary and secondary customers at all levels
  • Positive attitude, team player with a high level of initiative, energy and enthusiasm
  • Effective communicator, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to achieve results through influencing others
  • Excellent organization, facilitator and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, native Polish
  • Readiness to work in a field (approx. 80% of time)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the market development activities across the region
  • Daily contact with hospitals, clinics, KOLs, big pharmacy chains, managing relationships with distributor
  • Manage the distributor and develop the sales channels
  • Encourage new ideas within a framework of business planning and territory management
  • Build up the effective cooperation with the KOLs, HC officials
  • Provide regular timely forecasts of performance, product demand, expenditure etc
  • Serve as part of the leadership and management Distributor team in helping to determine the strategy, setting targets, budgeting and working collaboratively with other functions within Abbott organization
  • Maintain and communicate on a regular basis a view of the strategic landscape within your Region
