Requirements

  • BSc or equivalent qualification in a scientific discipline, or substantial experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of the diagnostics market in laboratory and hospital settings
  • Proven experience in direct sales within a comparable field or complex medical environment, with a proactive mindset and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a track record of developing and executing successful strategic account plans in the diagnostics or medical sector
  • Consistent success in sales and solution selling, ideally within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Fluency in German and English

Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and execute the agreed sales strategy to increase market share within your territory
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, identifying and maximizing business opportunities—both competitive and retention-based
  • Maintain and grow existing business through strategic account management and product promotion, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Organize and lead internal and external meetings, presenting solutions that support both company and customer needs using DBS tools
  • Present action plans regularly to the management team and identify opportunities to convert competitor accounts
  • Build strong relationships and partnerships across public and private sectors, focusing on key stakeholders including decision-makers, KOLs, and C-suite executives to enhance our value proposition
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by driving revenue growth
