Requirements

  • Proven experience in client facing activities (preference for wholesale type of clients) in Italy
  • Good understanding of the asset management industry with focus on cross-border players with presence in the Italian market
  • High level of energy and dynamism
  • Excellent commercial and listening skills
  • Experience in giving presentations to large external audiences
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Experience in an international environment or a period of overseas studies/work experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Coverage of the Italian base of clients and development of the Italian business
  • Contribute, together with the Head of Wholesale and the entire Italian team, to secure long-term growth
  • Act as a trustable partner for clients, responsible for the quality of documentation, presentation of the firm, timeliness, and client proximity to maximize chances of winning business
  • Deep understanding of the needs of wholesale clients and provide value-added solutions
  • Contribute to the expansion of the Italian market
  • Develop clients’ networks
  • Play an active role in the development of solutions and organization of new marketing initiatives
