Requirements

  • Deep technical knowledge of payment acceptance processes and associated services (including fraud, payment security & 3D-Secure)
  • Programmatic technical expertise around Cybersource SOAP and REST APIs, hosted payment acceptance through XML
  • Ability to work closely with regional Sales team, internal operations team, product teams
  • Independent decision making/autonomy for tier 0 & 1 clients (net new & existing)
  • In-depth subject matter expertise on CyberSource products through research, implementation, testing, and architecture analysis
  • Ability to support sales engagements (RFPs, technical demonstrations, whiteboarding, solution design, requirements identification, validation/feasibility)
  • Supervision of project lifecycle (planning, estimation) for client implementations
  • Accountability for successful implementation, deployment, and launch of net new clients
  • Experience engaging with Tier 0 and Tier 1 clients (Acquirers, Payment Facilitators, Marketplaces) in verticals: Retail, Travel, Digital, Financial, Telco, government, gaming
  • Ability to provide training on CyberSource products & services (classroom or train-the-trainer)
  • Ability to produce clear and precise documentation based on business and functional requirements
  • Ability to work independently on customer sites with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth subject matter expertise on CyberSource products through research, implementation, testing, and self-enabled learning
  • Maintain accurate & current product & services knowledge through knowledge sharing with global teams and collaboration with product teams via technical testing
  • Support sales engagements (RFPs, technical solution demonstrations, whiteboarding, solution design, requirements identification, solution validation/feasibility) for net new and upsell activities
  • Supervise project lifecycle for client implementations, including project planning and estimation
  • Ensure successful implementation, deployment, and launch of net new clients using Cybersource services for strategic enterprise clients
  • Engage, support, and collaborate with Tier 0 and Tier 1 clients across specified verticals
  • Provide training on CyberSource products & services to customers
  • Produce clear and precise documentation for clients based on business and functional requirements
  • Work independently on customer sites across the country
  • Successfully support pre-sales activities leading to conversions
