Requirements

  • BS/BA Required
  • 6+ years experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations or related roles
  • Proven track record of creating engaging, effective sales training content and programs
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce CRM (Preferred)
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools, developing multimedia elements, and managing Learning Management Systems, Content Management Systems and sales enablement tools (e.g., Gong, Seismic) (Preferred)
  • Proven ability to multitask, stay organized and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization to drive alignment, engagement and support (Preferred)
  • Strong instructional design skills with ability to break down complex concepts into digestible learning modules (Preferred)
  • Data-driven approach with experience using metrics to measure and improve program effectiveness (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with Value Based Care (Preferred)
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods, extensive use of computers and keyboard, occasional walking (Physical)

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and execution of sales onboarding and ongoing training programs
  • Develop and refine training programs aimed at enhancing foundational and advanced sales skills
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and performance opportunities, creating tailored coaching content
  • Create, curate, and continually improve high-quality sales enablement materials for different customer segments and sales cycle stages
  • Ensure all content is up-to-date and aligned with messaging, value proposition, and business objectives
  • Provide feedback and coaching to sales team members on sales skills and best practices
  • Coordinate the Sales Enablement team’s calendar and collaborate with stakeholders for timely delivery of materials and communications
  • Develop and deliver training programs on sales tools and technologies to maximize productivity
  • Provide ongoing support for sales team to leverage technology for workflows, collaboration, and metrics tracking
  • Manage sales enablement platforms (e.g., content management systems, Gong) to streamline processes and increase productivity
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to align enablement programs with goals
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration for alignment of content, tools, and resources
  • Facilitate communication and feedback loops between sales and other departments
  • Lead design and implementation of metrics and KPIs to measure enablement program effectiveness
  • Provide regular insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Implement continuous learning strategies and iterate on training programs based on data, feedback, and analytics
