  • Demonstrated drive and capacity to channel existing knowledge and skills into an Enablement function (prior experience in a dedicated Sales Enablement role not required)

Responsibilities

  • Directly support and drive the execution of GTM playbooks for individual contributors and leaders
  • Analyze the core components of exceptional GTM performance
  • Build scalable enablement solutions to reinforce skills and behaviors
  • Regularly align with key stakeholders to capture and distill quantitative and qualitative insights on engagements
  • Use a data-driven perspective to design training and content solutions that simplify best practice and maximize learner application
  • Act as a key expert and trusted advisor for execution support and skill development
  • Lead sessions for pillar programs such as Onboarding Academy and Multiverse Leader Training
  • Design new programs as you progress in the role
  • Collaborate closely with senior GTM leadership to define organizational priorities and align enablement solutions
