Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition: Lead commercial strategy, outreach, positioning, and pitching for multi-national FMCG clients, including partnering with regional ADs, tailoring pitch materials, leveraging pilots/best practices, negotiating, and managing pitch processes
  • Matrix working: Collaborate across NIQ organization (e.g., with regional/global ADs, CPS Commercial leadership, Customer Success, Operations, Product teams) in lead/support capacities to realize Consumer Panel Services potential and land innovations
  • Business performance & results: Take accountability for personal revenue targets, build healthy pipeline of opportunities, deliver against monthly sales targets, participate in decision-making, and maintain visibility across functions
  • Expertise & credibility: Establish NIQ as the Consumer & shopper partner of choice, drive thought leadership exposure, and build empathetic connections with senior client stakeholders; leverage partnerships with SA&I & Digital for Full View impact
  • Pipeline management & forecasting: Build and manage pipeline of ad-hoc and contractual opportunities, accurately forecast revenue using finance tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), and ensure timely documentation
