As a Senior Sales & Product Specialist, the candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding existing customer relationships, training users and clinical staff on product usage, identifying and acquiring new customers and positioning products in clinics and departments, monitoring market and competitive developments, actively managing leads, and collaborating with internal interfaces such as the sales internal service, technical support, and medical departments. Additionally, the role involves being a central point of contact for the IV and infusion system portfolio, managing orders and offers, supporting strategic sales processes, overseeing external activities, and documenting activities in a CRM system. The candidate will also participate in complaint management, tracking, and service requests, as well as attending industry congresses and customer events.
