Mission
The Sr. RevOps Analyst will collaborate closely with our Sales engine to achieve revenue growth objectives. The core mission involves leveraging data and insights to drive strategic decisions, improve processes, and enhance overall performance. Key responsibilities include sales forecasting, sales budgeting, performance tracking, market sizing, and deep analytics.
What You Will Do
- Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze data using tools like SQL, Databricks, or specialized analytics platforms.
- Reporting: Create dashboards and reports that visualize key metrics and trends, owning the accuracy and delivery of KPIs using tools such as Looker or Databricks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, lending, and finance teams to align growth strategies.
- Hypothesis Testing: Formulate hypotheses and rigorously test them using statistical methods.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on analytics techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Communication: Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for sales leaders and other stakeholders.
- Influence the direction of the Sales team by unlocking insights and untapped opportunities through data analysis.
- Build trust by ensuring accuracy and consistency in business analysis.
Requirements
- Impeccable analytical and quantitative mindset.
- Track record of solving problems through quantitative analysis.

- Ability to "step back" and contextualize analytical outcomes.
- Ability to access, manipulate, and automate data.
- Proficiency in querying (SQL) and/or programming languages (Python).
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Databricks, Looker, Imply, PowerBI) and the ability to learn quickly.
- Significant curiosity and a bias towards action, with a desire to grow.
- Track record of trying, failing, and learning quickly.
- Ability to "push forward" with limited direction.
- Comfort in managing longer-term deliverables with unexpected near-term priorities.
