Requirements

Candidates should possess an impeccable analytical and quantitative mindset, a track record of solving problems through quantitative analysis, top-tier attention to detail, the ability to step back and contextualize analytical outcomes, and the ability to access, manipulate, and automate data. Experience with querying (SQL) and/or programming languages (python) is required, along with familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Databricks, Looker, Imply, or PowerBI, and a willingness to quickly learn new technologies. Curiosity and a desire to grow, as well as a track record of trying and failing, are also essential requirements.

Responsibilities

The Senior RevOps Analyst will extract, clean, and analyze data using tools like SQL, Databricks, or specialized analytics platforms, creating dashboards and reports that visualize key metrics and trends and ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of KPIs. They will collaborate closely with marketing, product, lending, and finance teams to align growth strategies, formulate hypotheses and rigorously test them using statistical methods, and translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for the sales leaders and other stakeholders. Furthermore, this role involves owning sales forecasting, sales budgeting, performance tracking, market sizing, and deep analytics, influencing the direction of the Sales team by unlocking insights and untapped opportunities through data analysis and building trust by ensuring accuracy and consistency in business analysis.
