Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Financial Analysis, or similar data-driven roles
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Technical proficiency with SQL
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Audit and improve CRM and GTM systems data hygiene
  • Partner with Business Systems to strengthen data integration of GTM tools
  • Support and streamline the deal-close process
  • Conduct recurring diagnostic analyses to identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the revenue funnel
  • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards that report on key revenue metrics
  • Execute analysis to help GTM leaders and company executives identify root causes and inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and document operating models and processes that improve accountability and cross-functional collaboration
