Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Paid Search channels in the APAC region.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of SEM campaigns across Google AdWords, Discovery, and Bing, including consideration/traffic and acquisition campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Performance Marketing and other regional Paid Ads Managers to ensure top performance and continuous improvement of Paid Search efforts.
  • Partner with the APAC Paid Social manager to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and integrated reporting.
  • Work with APAC marketing managers and APAC sales leads on lead quality, reporting, and scaling.
  • Perform daily platform management and monitor search performance to identify trends and implement optimizations to meet Growth KPIs.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with regional paid ads managers.
  • Test and iterate on campaign structures, bidding algorithms, keyword bidding, and other variables to drive growth, scale, and expansion based on evolving verticals, country expansion, and brand/product priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales managers and local marketing managers to tailor messaging for each market.
  • Work with the copywriting team to create and test new ad copy and landing pages to optimize quality scores and Click-Through Rates (CTRs).
  • Engage cross-functionally with growth, product, data, creative, and other teams to ensure successful campaign setup and optimization.
  • Manage relationships with external Search vendors.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing SEM accounts for a B2B brand.
  • In-house experience managing SEM for APAC markets, with an emphasis on ANZ, is highly preferred.
  • Must possess a foundational understanding of SEM principles and best practices.
