Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience managing SEM accounts for a B2B brand, ideally in-house for APAC markets, with emphasis on ANZ; they must possess experience in Google AdWords, Discovery, and Bing; experience with traffic campaigns and acquisition campaigns is required; and a strong understanding of key trends and implementation of optimizations to hit Growth KPIs is necessary.
The Senior Regional Paid Search Marketing Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the SEM campaigns and activity for Deel including Google AdWords, Discovery, and Bing; they will work with the Director of Performance Marketing and other regional Paid Ads Managers and Paid Search managers to ensure top-performing campaigns; they will perform daily platform management, monitor search performance, and implement optimizations to hit Growth KPIs; they will test and iterate on campaign structures, bidding algorithms, and KW bidding; they will collaborate with regional sales managers and local marketing managers to ensure appropriate messaging; they will work with the copywriting team to construct and iterate on ad copy and landing page tests; they will work cross-functionally with other teams (growth, product, data, creative, etc.); and they will manage relationships with external Search vendors.
