Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience working in a Red Team and possess excellent reconnaissance skills. Demonstrable proficiency in using remote code exploits, code injection, and security misconfigurations to gain access is required. Experience with post-exploitation modules for lateral movement and a passion for learning and winning are essential. OSCP, OSCE, cloud and Kubernetes expertise, tool/exploit development ability, and submitted CVEs are considered a plus. Strong communication and written skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Red Team Engineer will research, design, and build red team operations, including infrastructure maintenance. They will conduct adversary simulations and evasive routines to test control effectiveness, map attack surfaces, and exploit opportunities. Responsibilities include developing and chaining exploits, finding and pressure testing controls, and leading the development of an exploit arsenal. The role involves staying updated on adversary trends, mentoring team members, analyzing results, and presenting findings. Collaboration with the Blue Team to improve detection and response, guiding security features in Adobe capabilities, and publishing blog articles or presenting at conferences are also key duties.
