The Senior Security Engineer must possess a deep understanding of security principles, advanced technical expertise, and a passion for staying ahead of the ever-evolving threat landscape. Candidates should have experience in security monitoring and incident response, threat detection and rule writing, incident visibility and response, threat intelligence integration, and security systems development.

Responsibilities

As a Blue Team Lead Security Engineer, you will lead real-time security monitoring efforts, triage and investigate security alerts, develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures, design, develop, and implement threat detection rules and alerts, optimize security tools and technologies, increase signal fidelity and reduce false positives in the SIEM system, integrate and operationalize threat intelligence feeds, create and implement systems and processes to improve event analysis and correlation, conduct regular vulnerability scans and analyze results, prioritize and track vulnerabilities, and conduct proactive threat hunting activities.
