Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment for departments like Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and People; candidate prospecting using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse; strategic partnership with leaders; managing closing with compensation; advising on talent; and contributing to projects.
A strong candidate excels in candidate prospecting, collaboration with hiring partners, and serves as a subject matter expert in talent, with proven experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting for technical B2B roles.
