Responsibilities

Source and identify promising candidates through various channels, focusing on strategic outreach and outbound recruiting in addition to navigating inbound applicant flow/interest
Meticulously screen resumes and applications, ensuring alignment with role requirements
Collaborate and partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to craft compelling job descriptions and postings, with an eye on holistic talent attraction improvements and optimization
Manage recruitment data diligently, utilizing the applicant tracking system to track progress, run reports, and enable CRM features within Greenhouse for pipeline management
