Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related area, and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in prompt engineering, natural language processing, or a similar field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of large language models and their capabilities.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, writing, and optimizing prompts for our LLM-powered products, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective experiences. You will also establish and maintain prompt engineering standards, best practices, and review processes, and work to ensure prompts perform consistently across multiple models while meeting P0/P1 evaluation standards. Furthermore, you will own the structure of our core agent and supervisor systems, enabling their extension to new channels and use cases, and utilize Freeplay for prompt evaluations and optimization.
