Position Overview

We’re hiring a Prompt Artist with a creative, artistic background and a curious, experimental spirit. This role sits at the intersection of taste, storytelling, and generative AI. You’ll help bring Pika’s creative vision to life by crafting tasteful and refreshing AI-generated content through your aesthetic sensibility and creative exploration, not through code. No deep AI knowledge is required, just an openness to learn and a sharp creative instinct! If you’re an artist, designer, or storyteller excited by the creative possibilities of new tools, this role is for you. We’re excited to work with and learn from people from diverse backgrounds, including comedy, fashion, fine arts, photography, or other creative fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Use Pika’s generative tools to craft compelling video and visual content.
• Follow and interpret our content strategy through a creative lens.
• Explore and shape new aesthetic directions through prompt play.
• Curate, organize, and annotate outputs with tags and notes.
• Collaborate with technical teammates to translate creative vision into scalable systems.
• Help shape the tone, mood, and aesthetic identity of Pika’s generative content.
• Contribute to internal libraries of inspiration, styles, and reference material.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in an artistic or creative discipline (e.g., design, fashion, photography, film, architecture, art direction, illustration, etc.).
• Taste-driven: You know how to spot what’s working, what’s fresh, and what feels off.
• Open and excited to work with AI tools, even without prior experience.
• Able to iterate quickly and confidently with evolving toolsets.
• Visual storytelling instincts: You can think in mood, pace, palette, and composition.
• Clear communicator, able to collaborate with both creative and technical peers.

Bonus:

• Experience with GenAI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Higgsfield, ComfyUI etc.).
• Professional content creation and LoRA training experience.
