Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of social sports content across live events
Oversee daily event content workflows — planning, capture, editing, approvals, and publishing coordination
Ensure tight deadlines are met across multiple stakeholders in high-pressure live environments
Own delivery timelines, budgets, and approvals from kickoff to wrap
Act as main client POC for sports events
Confidently manage client expectations, last-minute requests, and live event escalation
Provide clear, proactive updates on delivery status
Oversee creatives, editors, and production crews on the ground during events
Manage schedules, runsheets, and shoot requirements in real-time
Ensure smooth collaboration between production, creative, and client teams
Track scope and flag out-of-scope requests (rescoping where needed)
Monitor OOP costs (travel, production, etc.) to stay within budget
Ensure Tactical workflows and tools (Productive, Slack, G-Suite) are followed
