Responsibilities

Manage a team of Live Ops Support Engineers and coordinate the team during live events, acting as the operational point of control
Implement and improve runbooks, workflows, and operational playbooks for live delivery
Monitor live operations in real-time to ensure stream stability, quality, and performance
Conduct pre-event checks (technical checks, content checks, resource alignment) with internal, client, and external partners
Coordinate and support troubleshooting during live events
Oversee end-to-end delivery of live streaming on the product application
Direct issue mitigation efforts during live events, coordinating with engineering, client, and external partners' technical teams to resolve problems quickly
Ensure clear escalation paths, incident documentation, and post-mortem follow-up actions
Minimize downtime and mitigate risks impacting user experience or broadcast quality
Plan and manage operations tooling development
Track and manage dependencies across backend, product, design, and operations
Facilitate agile ceremonies for Live Ops-related work
