Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Construction Management, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience managing structured cabling and integrated systems projects. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, and experience with managing multiple contractual types such as lump sum, cost plus, GMP, unit price, design-build, and time and material is preferred. Holding certifications like BICSI RCDD is beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to closing, supervising and directing project resources to deliver value effectively and consistently to the customer. They will align business objectives, strategically plan, proactively allocate resources, and partner with the customer within a holistic risk and safety management program. The role involves promoting and fostering a culture of employee empowerment, managing subcontractor/vendor performance, and effectively managing installation strategies to ensure project delivery on schedule and within budget, while also requiring overnight travel as needed.
