Senior Service Delivery Manager - Data Center Solutions

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $132,000 - $253,000 USD (commensurate with location, experience, and internal equity)

As a key NVIDIA professional services group member, we are looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager with experience in project delivery in data center environments. In this role, the Service Delivery Manager will handle projects through the project lifecycle from aspiration to production.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all collaborators.
  • Understand high and low-level technical architecture and facilitate debate to drive decisions on appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure company requirements are produced to standard promptly.
  • Develop & present comprehensive technical solutions to customers.
  • Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners.
  • Lead complex installations.
  • Report and advance all observed problems to proper operational partner concern points.
  • Handle the communication of project changes and release notices to customers.
  • Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely.
  • Be willing to work irregular hours as required.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in project delivery management.
  • Minimum five years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products.
  • In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with customers.
  • Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams.
  • Superb communication and presentation/oral skills.
  • Strong social skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision.
  • Experience leading global projects.
