Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of accountability for customer-facing projects

Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate project activities
Hold full accountability for successful delivery of customer outcomes
Oversee the operational execution of assigned projects
Manage project scope, scheduling, and communications
Provide strategic technical and analytical insights to leadership
Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and reports
Monitor project performance using defined metrics
Facilitate collaboration across internal and external teams
Communicate project impacts and account health updates
Lead and facilitate project kick-off and milestone meetings
Ensure the completion and proper archiving of all project deliverables
Proactively manage risks and resolve project issues
Maintain control over project constraints
Stay current with project management methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement
