Requirements

The Senior Project Manager is required to have 10+ years of experience in managing design and construction projects, along with working knowledge of large civil construction projects. Candidates should possess experience in the A/E/C industry and demonstrate expertise in project management, construction management, quality assurance, project controls, design/build, architecture and engineering, space management, facilities management, real estate, and leasing of complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

As the team leader, the Senior Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for the client, leading and directing team members supporting the same contract. They will provide on-site construction management duties during various project phases, including mobilization, construction, and commissioning. The role involves providing support in project planning, procurement, design, management direction, and ensuring client satisfaction and financial outcomes. Responsibilities also include interfacing with clients to define project requirements, reviewing schedules, inspecting on-site processes, leading the construction quality assurance process, coordinating activities, monitoring project design and construction, conducting comprehensive reviews of submittals, providing project administration and contract administration duties, generating professional deliverables, assisting with acquisition planning, and providing technical support to clients.
