Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and have at least 3 years of project management experience. They should demonstrate excellent organization and planning skills, a thorough understanding of agile methodologies, and advanced facilitation, influencing, and relationship management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with experience in large, matrixed organizations. Preferred qualifications include experience with Agile tracking tools like Azure Dev Ops or Jira, project management tools such as MS Planner/Project, PMP or equivalent certification, and 2+ years of experience in AI, Generative AI, data science, ML engineering, software engineering, or a related field within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for designing, communicating, and implementing operational plans to ensure the timely completion of AI and GenAI use cases. This includes monitoring project progress and performance against the plan, taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays, and developing project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. The role also involves conducting meetings and preparing reports to communicate project status, and making decisions on moderately complex to complex issues.
