Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Big Data type projects
  • Project delivery experience with CDP (Customer Data Platform) technology solutions, Martech systems, and Big Data management
  • Experience interfacing with 3rd-party Professional Services teams and internal business stakeholders (e.g., Audience Development, Global Marketing Tech, Data Engineering, Paid Media)
  • Passionate and experienced in project management, particularly in eCommerce, direct-to-consumer marketing, and marketing technology
  • Ability to provide leadership and guidance to technology teams based on business objectives and strategic direction for D2C businesses and enterprise data/analytics needs, including AI capabilities
  • Capability to work across multiple time zones with distributed international teams

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement project management templates, processes, and methodologies to ensure CDP projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhering to high-quality standards, and meeting stakeholder expectations
  • Understand marketing and business use cases and their impact on technical implementation and overall projects
  • Manage the addition of new data sources and activation channels to the Customer Data Platform to enable identified use cases
  • Enable the platform to support agentic solutions for personalization and advanced analytics
  • Maintain proper data governance and user access control policies and guardrails for enterprise usage of the platform
  • Scale the framework to new labels, artists, and use cases
  • Build project plans and work assignments; direct and monitor work efforts daily
  • Identify resource needs, perform quality reviews, and escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues
  • Coordinate enterprise-wide communication for items impacting scope, budget, risk, and resources
  • Organize and maintain a centralized repository and announcements (e.g., release notes, new capabilities) for internal teams and stakeholders
  • Streamline processes, simplify execution, track, and manage quarterly goals, releases, and tooling efficiencies
  • Partner closely with Product Management to understand roadmap priorities
  • Collaborate with global business stakeholders from marketing, tech, and business operations
  • Work with Engineering to establish architectural runway for global product roadmap and operational scalability
  • Partner with Product & Engineering Support to resolve Severity 1 and 2 production issues quickly, including root cause analysis and communication
  • Collaborate with development teams, enterprise architecture, and support teams to design, develop, test, and maintain a cloud data platform
  • Communicate the status of data products and backlog regularly
