Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Chemical Engineering, and have at least five years of significant experience as a System Engineer or Lead Design Engineer within the Oil & Gas environment. Experience in machinery design, specifically with Steam Turbines, Gas-Expanders, Centrifugal Compressors, and Reciprocating Compressors, is preferred. Solid knowledge of plant philosophy and main components for steam turbine power generation, petrochemical plants, and refineries is required.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Engineer, the individual will lead the execution of medium-to-high complexity projects within various GTE market segments, coordinating the entire engineering project team and serving as the primary contact point for customers and company stakeholders. This includes managing customer technical interfaces, reviewing and assessing information from ITO, ensuring a thorough understanding of customer needs, managing bills of material, identifying customer requirements in technical specifications, and attending quality meetings with customers and third parties. The role also involves reviewing test specifications, attending machinery tests with suppliers, supporting various company functions, and leading VDR completeness after material shipping, productivity, and leakage review.
