  • 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Program Coordination, HR, or a related field (tech or high-growth environment a plus)
  • Experience facilitating training sessions or group learning (virtual and/or in-person)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Program Operations & Logistics: Coordinate and execute logistics for learning programs, including scheduling sessions, managing invites, preparing materials, booking rooms/virtual spaces, and handling communications. Serve as a primary point of contact for program stakeholders and participants
  • Session Support: Manage attendance, troubleshoot tech, distribute materials, and ensure a seamless participant experience during training sessions
  • Content Management & Instructional Design: Design, update, and manage learning content, toolkits, and resources using instructional design principles. Incorporate feedback and data to enhance content and program effectiveness
  • Facilitation: Deliver live (virtual and in-person) training sessions for employees and people leaders, using engaging facilitation techniques to create an inclusive and impactful learning environment
  • Measurement & Reporting: Track attendance, completion, and engagement metrics for learning programs. Assist with basic data analysis and reporting to help measure program outcomes
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with People Business Partners, facilitators, and other teams to ensure programs run smoothly and meet business needs. Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve documentation, and enhance the learner experience. Research and recommend new tools, technologies (including AI), and best practices to keep our programs fresh and effective
