A BS or MS degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience, is required. Proficiency in program tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Smartsheet is necessary, along with strong experience in project management methodologies and templates. The role also requires experience collaborating with multiple organizational layers, demonstrating success in initiating change and influencing at all levels, and strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and varying workloads. A curiosity about process optimization and hands-on experience with data visualization tools for developing reporting dashboards are also essential.
The Senior Program Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives and transformational projects from initiation to closure, building comprehensive project plans that include dependencies, resourcing, key milestones, and task-level detail. They will support workstream leads by providing structure and instruction, and drive and report progress against program objectives and goals. This role involves identifying program risks and issues, facilitating the development of mitigation plans, and communicating efficiently and effectively with all stakeholders.
