Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage the Jump Academy talent program globally, owning it end-to-end
  • Establish strong cross-functional partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Establish and grow university partnerships and other recruitment channels
  • Build robust enablement programs
  • Design and implement a comprehensive 1-year growth journey, including developmental milestones, continuous learning tracks, regular focus groups, and at least two in-person meetup events
  • Align recruitment processes with Talent Attraction, business partners, and leaders; standardize compensation approach
  • Ensure seamless, high-touch onboarding for the cohort
  • Achieve hiring and onboarding goals, 85%+ engagement and retention rate for the first cohort, and high quality of hire within first 6-12 months
