Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, particularly within the digital or e-commerce space. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is experience with Agile methodologies and complex project delivery.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maturing the delivery service organization, providing leadership for critical, large-scale digital and e-commerce implementation programs, and contributing to the execution of a clear vision for internal processes and technology. You will also focus on building an agile-minded culture to meet the Digital and eCommerce product strategy, overseeing the development of new and existing solutions, and reporting to the DTS Director.
