Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in strategy, marketing, consulting, or related fields
  • Experience in Retail or Digital Marketing strongly preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability, both in English and Chinese

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Strategy to develop and execute the 1-year (AOP) and 3-year strategic plans for Nike Marketing
  • Support cross-functional alignment and integration of strategic objectives
  • Lead strategic planning and initiatives for Retail and City Marketing functions
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to identify growth opportunities, drive consumer engagement, and elevate Nike’s brand presence
  • Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Coordinate inputs across teams and synthesize insights to inform leadership decisions
  • Drive strategic projects from brief to execution, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and business goals
  • Develop compelling decks and narratives for internal and external presentations
  • Ensure messaging is aligned with Nike’s strategic vision and consumer focus
