Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Product Marketers, fostering their growth and ensuring excellence across product marketing efforts
  • Partner closely with marketing leadership, product, and revenue teams to define and drive comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned to company objectives
  • Oversee go-to-market planning and execution for major product launches, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all customer and prospect touch points
  • Refine and elevate product messaging and positioning, clearly articulating Narmi’s differentiation in a competitive landscape
  • Develop and standardize sales enablement strategies, content, and tools that improve win rates and accelerate sales cycles
  • Conduct and create market, customer, and competitive research to inform product direction and positioning
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs that measure the impact and effectiveness of product marketing initiatives
