Proven success in executing go-to-market strategies and product launches, strong analytical skills for interpreting data, and a Bachelor's degree are required; an advanced degree is preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are also necessary.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for Newsela's Core ELA product portfolio. This involves collaborating with Product, Sales, Content, and Marketing teams to craft compelling narratives, inform product development with market insights, and develop resonant product messaging. Responsibilities include designing and executing GTM plans, creating sales enablement materials and training, gathering customer and market insights, influencing product roadmap prioritization, supporting product launches, and collaborating on content strategy for awareness and lead generation.

Newsela offers tailored educational content for K-12 students, providing engaging instructional materials in subjects like English Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies. Schools and districts subscribe to access a library of articles that are updated daily and available at five different reading levels, ensuring accessibility for all students. The platform integrates with Learning Management Systems and includes features like activities and reporting tools to support teachers.
