Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally within EdTech, educational publishing, or SaaS. A deep understanding of the K-12 education landscape and adoption market is essential, with experience in ELA curriculum and instructional challenges being a plus. Proven success in executing go-to-market strategies and product launches, strong analytical skills for interpreting data, and a Bachelor's degree are required; an advanced degree is preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for Newsela's Core ELA product portfolio. This involves collaborating with Product, Sales, Content, and Marketing teams to craft compelling narratives, inform product development with market insights, and develop resonant product messaging. Responsibilities include designing and executing GTM plans, creating sales enablement materials and training, gathering customer and market insights, influencing product roadmap prioritization, supporting product launches, and collaborating on content strategy for awareness and lead generation.
