Responsibilities

  • Help commercial teams sell the story of platforms and value of integration with services
  • Equip go-to-market and client teams with narratives, decks, demos, and proof points connecting product capabilities to client outcomes
  • Partner with Commercial and Strategy leads to shape pricing, packaging, and positioning by segment or region
  • Develop case studies and success stories demonstrating measurable ROI from product and services use
  • Design and establish regular product marketing rhythm: processes, cadence, governance, structure
  • Drive internal enablement, ensuring client teams understand evolving product suite, positioning, and GTM messages
  • Lead internal sessions or toolkits bringing clarity and excitement around product vision
  • Develop content and narratives for annual North America & EMEA client summits
  • Translate product strategy and roadmaps into clear, compelling go-to-market plans
  • Lead end-to-end product launches building awareness, driving adoption, and creating impact
  • Define audience/client segments, messaging, and positioning connecting products & solutions to client needs
  • Create and oversee engaging marketing content: launch campaigns, product storytelling, new feature releases, thought leadership
  • Develop and hone tone of voice, partnering with teams across Vancouver, Los Angeles, and London to ensure globally consistent but locally resonant messaging
  • Work with product and account leads to support new business and existing client growth
  • Continuously establish position as market leaders
  • Articulate how products solve real-world customer problems and demonstrate their impact
  • Maintain constant pulse on competitors: how they talk, products they launch
  • Partner with product teams to understand product market fit and emerging threats
