Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate HappyCo in the market
  • Translate complex product functionality into clear, customer-centric narratives tied to business outcomes
  • Build and maintain a cohesive messaging architecture across all product lines and ICPs
  • Own GTM strategy and execution for new product launches and major releases
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to define launch goals, target segments, and success metrics
  • Lead creation of launch materials — web copy, one-pagers, internal FAQs, and more
  • Establish data-driven feedback loops between adoption insights, customer feedback, and roadmap priorities
  • Define and refine ICPs and personas through data, interviews, and market research
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform positioning and pricing strategy
  • Partner with demand gen and content teams to align campaigns with ICP pain points and triggers
  • Create and manage sales enablement assets (decks, battlecards, pricing guides)
  • Train and empower sales teams to speak confidently about HappyCo’s differentiation
  • Support ongoing enablement tied to product updates and campaign priorities
  • Collaborate with Product and Finance on pricing and packaging for new releases
  • Lead product naming initiatives that reinforce brand strategy and market clarity
  • Act as the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Drive alignment through clear documentation, strong communication, and leadership engagement
