Responsibilities

Own Phantom’s product narrative across media and thought leaders—ensuring consistent, disciplined storytelling aligned with company strategy
Shape positioning for new products and categories that expand Phantom’s reach beyond retail trading into consumer finance and payments
Lead media strategy and execution for key product announcements, partnerships, and launches
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to align on messaging and go-to-market strategy across channels
Proactively identify storylines and opportunities that advance Phantom’s reputation as the best place for consumers to experience the benefits of crypto
Serve as a trusted voice on external communications strategy, balancing speed, clarity, and discipline
