Requirements

10+ years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven track record of launching successful products and driving user growth
Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of data technologies and AI concepts
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
(Preferred) Experience working on products with a strong focus on user experience and design
(Preferred) Experience with experimentation methodologies and technology

Responsibilities

Lead the charge in reimagining user experiences with an AI-first approach, identifying and implementing AI-driven features that simplify complex workflows and enhance user productivity
Drive a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making, owning the product and platform for experimentation, user retention, and feature activation, and setting and achieving ambitious growth targets
Collaborate with engineering to identify and prioritize platform improvements that enhance the reliability, availability, and performance of products
Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs and pain points, acting as the voice of the customer to guide product development
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring product vision to life, communicating strategy, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful product launches
Follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data and abide by the company’s data security plan
