Requirements

Responsibilities

The Lead Platform Product Manager will develop and align the team around a clear platform strategy, own and evolve the roadmap for internal platform systems, and identify and eliminate technical bottlenecks. They will collaborate with engineering on build-vs-buy decisions, use metrics to measure impact, and partner with cross-functional teams to enable product innovation. Responsibilities also include communicating technical strategy to non-technical stakeholders and contributing to company-wide product strategy and platform culture.
