Requirements

Candidates should possess strong strategic thinking, a high sense of ownership and initiative, and excellent collaboration skills, particularly with Sales, CS, Security, and Legal teams. They need commercial acumen, executive presence, deep customer focus on large organizations, and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Familiarity with permission systems, SSO, enterprise-grade authentication solutions, technical architecture, and a data-driven mindset are essential. Previous experience building enterprise-level B2B SaaS products, understanding enterprise billing models, experience with APIs, and working knowledge of compliance and security standards like SOC2 and GDPR are considered extra awesome.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will lead efforts to unlock enterprise opportunities by delivering key functionality that removes blockers for enterprise customers evaluating, renewing, or expanding their usage of Typeform. This includes prioritizing and delivering foundational enterprise features like SuperAdmin Role, SCIM Provisioning, and Granular User Permissions. The role involves collaborating closely with Sales and CS to understand customer pain points, driving the completion of high-priority enterprise features, developing a framework to measure adoption and impact, and partnering with GTM teams to shape launch and adoption strategies. The Senior Product Manager will also showcase business impact through enterprise customer success stories and evolve the long-term product strategy for Enterprise at Typeform.
