Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a life science, engineering, or relevant technical discipline, with a Master’s or advanced degree preferred. They must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or development within the diagnostics, oncology, or medical device industries, along with a deep understanding of early cancer detection technologies and clinical workflows. Experience with regulated products, including IVDs or LDTs, and familiarity with FDA or CLIA regulatory pathways is required, as is proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional product development efforts.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will lead the product lifecycle for ECD diagnostics, from concept to commercialization, including product definition, planning, and delivery. They will define and execute a strategic product roadmap aligned with clinical and market needs, translate complex clinical and scientific insights into product requirements, lead Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives, conduct competitive analysis, and monitor key product performance indicators (KPIs). The role involves owning product development documentation, collaborating with Clinical and Regulatory Affairs, partnering with Marketing and Commercial teams, developing financial models, and providing regular updates to senior leadership on product development progress and strategic priorities.
