Requirements

8+ years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment
Direct experience in auto bodily injury and/or workers’ compensation claims
Deep insurance domain knowledge
Strong technical fluency and ability to engage confidently with engineering and data teams
Fluency in technical discussions, including with software developers, data engineers, and data scientists
Strong communication skills and ability to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable concepts
Track record of delivering successful products in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Creative, confident, and collaborative mindset with ability to bring own point of view, navigate differing opinions, and think beyond immediate ask
Working knowledge of AI/ML, data pipelines, software architecture, or tools like Python (plus)

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy and execution for claims tools across multiple P&C lines
Partner with clients, sales, and service teams to identify opportunities, collect feedback, and shape the product roadmap
Present product concepts and roadmaps to internal stakeholders and external clients, including at the executive level
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories, collaborating closely with engineering and data teams
Engage in deep technical conversations with software developers, data engineers, and data scientists; serve as translator between business and technical stakeholders
Drive product development from ideation to launch, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Proactively identify and solve complex business problems using creativity and strategic thinking
Balance technical feasibility, customer impact, and business priorities
